“I believe that everyone has the right to allow their voice to be heard. Sometimes worries can start to become too big and overwhelming. Adolescence is a time of many changes; these can be, emotionally, mentally or physically challenging. Sometimes these changes can be difficult to talk about; it is important to provide a safe, confidential, supportive environment to enable someone to work through their concerns without fear of being judged.”

Zoe is also interested in Adolescent Sexual Health concerns.

Zoe works within the guidelines for ethical practice and equal opportunities as recommended by The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Zoe is fully insured and holds a current CRB check.
