“Confidentiality is so important. Some things are so hard to talk about and we’re often so frightened of being judged...”

Lead Therapist: Sasha volunteered as a Youth Mentor at Connexions where she provided coaching and support for young people facing life challenges. She also worked with Young People at YPDAT who are struggling with drug and alcohol issues. Sasha understands how important trust is in building relationships; her open and friendly manner reassures her patients of the confidential and non judgemental environment at ASC.

Sasha is concerned about the impact of childhood abuse on self esteem. Sasha has the sensitivity necessary for working in this difficult area; for rebuilding self esteem and cultivating a positive identity, leading to a life of greater confidence.

Sasha works within the guidelines for ethical practice and equal opportunities as recommended by The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Sasha is fully insured and holds a current CRB check.

Clinic Manager: Sasha has a dual role within ASC. Alongside her Therapist work she manages the daily running of the clinic. Sasha works tirelessly networking with local schools and agencies and promoting a positive attitude to mental health at local events.
